I like it a lot. The side profile is very similar to a 370z or Skyline as they already said. I also see the hole RX-8 look going on in the front fenders. Now lets see if they can keep the sport concept true to design all the way and not screw up the final version for production.

Well none of the other FT cars have even been considered for production. So I dont think this one will either.
But the thing that bugs me the most about that one, is that it doesnt have ANY stylingclues from the AE86

Well it doesnt look much like the old one we know and love, but they are trying to make a spiritual succesor, built on the same principles as the old one.
Its supposedly alot smaller than the RX-8 and 370Z.

I think this car will definetly see production, it exterior looks resembles alot a production ready car.

Also, it will be featured in Gran Turismo 5, and here is a little video that MIGHT give us an idea of what it will sound like even:

(a small videogame related sidenote: Am i the only one who thinks that the first part, where the car rolls out of the truck, is a 100% direct rip-off from ridge racer 6 and 7? also, despite whatever they say, this is by no means a representation of the graphics in GT5, as polyphony is known to "enhance" their trailers with pre-rendered raytracing for example.)

It isn't really a new AE86, it is just a new RWD coupé.

As for that video, other than showing you what it looks like, ignore it, because the rest is editing horse shit.

Lets just say that SWP isnt known for having realistic dimentions
