Hey guys, long time no see. It feels like ages since I was last on this site! Awe yes, the olden days. Anyways, I have bin kinda hopping around north America and have finally found my place in BC, Canada. Now that I got a condo and beautiful girlfriend, I feel that I am ready to come back to the XI community and discuss what I love, cars.
Some time next week I will take pictures of my Supra MK3 Turbo and create a new topic with specs and future plans. Just like the good old days with my Honda!
Most of all, I'm just happy to be back :p

yeah it really has been awhile welcome back man

good to see your still around Rexter! I see that the site has slowed down quit a bit but that's okay.
Now that I have a sports car again the first thing that came to mind was Team XI. Even though we are half a world apart, we all still have the same love and enthusiasm for cars.

Hey Spike! I dont even know how I missed this thread
Nice to have you back, how long has it been? 1½-2 years?.. Man time flies..
But it's good to have you back
Be sure to post that Supra
BTW, I bought the Subaru from one of my friends, who's really into Mk.3's.
He recently bought and importet an original JZA70.. But not just JZA70, it's a TT-R
Currently pushing around 470hp from the 1JZ, and when the screamerpipe opens, my God it's loud! xD

Really clean MA70 Spike, it's a beauty!
Looking forward to the thread

Looks clean! Only the rims don't really suit the car

Your crazy man! I'll take some daytime shots so you can see how good the silver spokes flow with the silver paint. I went through a lot of styles and size's to come up with this combo. but hey, everyone's got there opinion.

Yeah make them, so I could have a better look
ps. you know me, I'm always crazy

well, I'm going to have to wait a bit to take the pics. It's bin raining everyday and the car is dirty from drifting. I'm going to wait for a clean day and get the car all cleaned up.
Here's a short spec list for now.
fully rebuilt and polished 7M-GTE with only 20.000 kilometers with-
-HKS HKS Super Sequential Blowoff Valve (SSQV)
-HKS Electronic Valve Controller
-HKS 3" full exhaust system
-GReddy Boost Cut Controller
-Megen Racing exhaust muffler(EDIT)
-K&N High-Flow Air intake
-Ferrea Set of Sport Compact 6000 Series Exhaust an intake Valves
-JE Piston Rings
-Fel-Pro Engine Gasket
-Crower Steel Billet Connecting Rod
-Cusco Type RS Limited Slip Differential
-Balanced crankshaft
-TRD Short shifter
-TRD steering wheel
-PIAA Racing Performance Rims (17x8.5 and 17x10)
-falken tires
I'm sure I forgot some stuff but that's enough for now. The car is still a work in progress.

Its HKS full Piping with Megan Muffler. had an HKS end but it go stolen so i got a cheaper one.
I don't know much about the brand of suspension. It was already on the car when I got it and it works awesome.
Like I said, there is some stuff that I forgot like 12" slotted brakes and sway bars. I haven't spent much time under the car yet to know the brand names. All body and suspension work was done by the previous owner and the setup kicks ass. I just wanted more power.

I think it was kicked off. I was at a mall and when I came out I didn't even notice until I started the car.
It was a HKS Carbon-Ti that I got a good deal for and the sound was awesome! The Megan muffler has more of an sound note at higher revs so I'm happy with it as well.

I went and did some drifting last night with my boys and striped my posi traction lock apart in my rear differential. Now my car only doe's one wheel burn outs. I can get the second wheel to spin but it needs to be warmed up first now. I guess I will only be drifting to the left until I get it rebuilt lol.

Kicked off? Wow! Thats really unfortunate
Well I know a guy who has a Megan Racing cat. back on his car, and it sounds tough, so I could imagin a Mk.3 sounding evil with it on
As for the diff. breaking, just weld it up, instant drift fun

wow nice car
i like the fd next to it too

I'm going to have to wait until winter passes to take any pictures of the car. its bin snowing like crazy and I dont feel like taking it out of the garage.

That last pic is great
The body looks really clean and unmolested (most there in DK are rotting away), so thats nice. But I have to agree with Don. It's not that the rims don't go with the car. They're just dwarfed by the Mk.3's arches
But now that we have pictures.. How about a video so we can hear the beast aswell

I took a long time to come up with the wheel fitment. As you can notice the was the N/A model Ma70 making it lighter. I have it just under 3400 pounds and plan on making it even lighter. I needed rims that can fit wide tires and be super light. As a result of searching for large lightweight wheels I came across these PIAA's in the same color as the car. The way I look at it is these wheels are a performance upgrade mostly over looks.
